Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben

During the program, you will complete structured rotations in the following areas:

 Finance

• Gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Assist in preparing financial statements and forecasts
• Support operational tasks in Accounting, Controlling, and Tax
• Work closely with business units to monitor performance and KPIs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Help drive data-based decision-making and financial transparency

 

Treasury 

• Gain insights into balance sheet management
• Experience Treasury trading activities first-hand
• Develop a solid understanding of FX and money market pricing
   

Corporate Development 

• Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
• Conduct market analyses, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling
• Contribute to M&A activities, partnerships, and growth projects 

 

Projects & Procurement 

• Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize processes and cost structures
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management
• Analyze business processes and identify efficiency improvements
• Contribute to the digital transformation of the bank 

Anforderungsprofil

Anforderungen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
• Strong academic track record and first practical experience (internships or working student roles) in finance or consulting
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High level of motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Fluent in German & English; French is a plus
• International mindset and willingness to work abroad
